Fraud ,, theft - the fines and punishment varies from state to state.What is the punishment for people obtaining goods from mail order by using false names?
I'm not sure if there is one. I used my credit card information to order something online under my fiance's name; because, I already ordered once using the same coupon and couldn't use it again under my name! But if you're doing something illegal you're an idiot!
