DEATH, by Listening to Paris Hilton's CD
Going to jail would be my guess!
it can't be done. you need a social security number.
you could go to jail for it but if I caught ya it would cost your life
Execution. Sorry to have to break it to you like that.
if ur caught,

it's a class 2 felony
it's based on your status in the USA - if your illegal there is no penalty. If your American it's called ID theft %26amp; carries 10 yrs. here.
It depends on the state you are in, and the circumstances surrounding the act.

You can be charged with perjury, criminal impersonation or identity fraud/theft. If you did it to get around a revocation, and are caught speeding/DUIing or other act that got you revoked and your fraud is discovered, this will aggravate the the offense for which you were arrested.

In other words, depending on circumstances, you could get some serious jail time.

If you are a juvenile, and were doing it just to get around the driving age, it might be handled as a juvenile offense, but it will complicate your life when it comes to honestly apply for a license.
License suspension and probably a fine.
