I can't tell you what the charges are but I can tell you that all that child support hasn't gone away. It is awaiting this person, with compound interest. You can run but you can never hide from the child support debt.
I will tell you this much though. If the person has a second DUI, they used a false name and fled, they are looking at serious jail time, probably prison.
