The person that gave false information will have to appear in court, and you should get a lawyer just in case you are charged with assault and battery, but I think that it would be her that gets into more trouble instead of you, because you did say she came in your house uninvited and grabbed your hair and wouldn't let go, then she gave false information to the police.Person reporting assult and battery used a false name?
You can be charged but under the circumstances, I'd make sure I had a lawyer and don't plea bargain. That person has to appear in court and they have left themselves open especially using a false name on a police report.
